According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa was activated ahead of Sunday's opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers and will play. The All-Pro, who recently signed a record-breaking five-year, $170 million deal, has been back with the team for only a few days. However, the latest news is certainly positive, as his presence in Week 1 enhances the overall effectiveness of the 49ers defense. Bosa has had a remarkable career since entering the league, totaling 156 tackles and 43 sacks in 51 regular-season appearances. Although his snaps may be limited versus the Steelers, he is still a must-start IDP option.
